There are two modern industrial buildings with an area of 1,000 square meters, and the area of working, living and office facilities is more than 1,500 square meters in Altech Construction Materials (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. The employees are about 100 people at present. Through recruitment from society and self-training, we have a group of high-quality technicians and management staff, including 5 senior engineers and above 30 engineers, some of whom are with doctor or master degree. 50% of our employees are with college diploma or above degree.
The company has 12 sections, which are sales department, production planning department, technical department, foreign trade department, QA/QC department, financial department, ISO9000 office, administration office, sheet-metal processing center, PVDF coating plant, composite panel plant and a central lab. The company first obtained both certificate of ISO9001:2000 and certificate of GB/T19001-2000 in relevant industry. In our lab and post-doctor station, there are several in-station doctors are dedicated in development.
